End User License Agreement (EULA)

You and the Developer acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("LUMEN Pro") that unlock premium features, including but not limited to Helyus AI Advisor, Helyus AI Scanner, custom categories, and formatted PDF reports.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. The App does not have the ability to manage or cancel Apple subscriptions directly on your behalf.
• Pricing: Subscription prices (Weekly, Monthly, or Annual) are displayed in the App and may vary by region.

Your privacy is critically important to us.

• On-Device Processing: Basic transaction tracking and certain features are processed entirely on-device to ensure your financial data remains private.
• Helyus AI Features: By using LUMEN Pro's Helyus AI features (powered by Anthropic's models), you agree that necessary contextual data (such as receipt images or conversational queries) may be transmitted to our secure servers or third-party AI providers strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your request.

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App.

You and the Developer acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
