Getting Started

Lumen Wealth is designed to be intuitive from the first launch. Download the app from the App Store, create your account, and follow the onboarding steps to set up your financial profile.

  • Download LUMEN from the App Store
  • Create a free account with your email address
  • Complete the personalisation questionnaire
  • Connect your accounts or enter transactions manually

LUMEN Pro Subscriptions

LUMEN Pro unlocks the full suite of premium features including Helyus AI and advanced reporting. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account.

  • To subscribe: tap 'Upgrade to Pro' within the app
  • To cancel: go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device
  • Billing issues: contact Apple Support, as all payments are processed by Apple
  • Free trial: available for new subscribers — check the app for current offers

Helyus AI Features

Helyus is the AI engine powering LUMEN's intelligent insights. It analyses your financial data to provide personalised recommendations, scan receipts, and answer financial questions.

  • Helyus AI Advisor: ask financial questions and receive personalised guidance
  • Helyus AI Scanner: photograph receipts for automatic transaction logging
  • AI insights require a LUMEN Pro subscription
  • AI features require an internet connection to function

Data & Privacy

Your financial data is yours. LUMEN is built with a privacy-first approach — most data processing occurs on your device and we never sell your personal information.

  • To export your data: go to Settings > Data > Export
  • To delete your account: go to Settings > Account > Delete Account

Troubleshooting

If you're experiencing technical issues, try these steps before contacting support.

  • Ensure you're running the latest version of LUMEN from the App Store
  • Restart the app by fully closing it and reopening
  • Check your internet connection for features requiring connectivity
  • If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app — your data is backed up to your account
